It’s hard to call a club that’s been around for more than 110 years a hidden gem. So let’s just call it a gem.
The Kincardine Golf Club is the oldest course in the Grey-Bruce area and one of the oldest in Ontario.
It’s located on a beautiful piece of property just steps from Lake Huron and has that mature look you’d expect after more than a century of serving local golfers.
The par 36 course has three sets of tees and plays 3,036 yards from the back tees.
The course winds its way through tree-lined fairways and some wetlands and offers up plenty of challenge.
The club has a strong membership but welcomes play from the public as well.
Facilities include a full-service pro shop, clubhouse, putting green and short-iron practice area.
