Featherwind Golf Course is home of nine challenging, yet forgiving holes for all types of players. The course is approximately 3000 yards from the back tees and totals a par 35, which consists of six par 4 holes, two par 3 holes, and one par 5.
Featherwind has three separate sets of tees: Championship, Intermediate, and Beginner and are roughly 3,005, 2,875, and 2,755 yards, respectively.
There are several bodies of water that come into play throughout the course. Some to be aware of include the pond left of the first green, which continues in front of the second tee blocks. A second water hazard can be found preceding the fairway and centered on the third hole.
Overall, Featherwind provides the Barrie area with a great golfing experience for any skill level.
Featherwind Golf Course and Duffer’s Golf Centre are located just a few kilometres west of Highway 400. Exit at Dunlop Street and continue west toward CFB Borden.
